New Windows 10 device feature is being tested

Normally the default settings of Windows 10 after installation are based on the user's region language selection, edition of the operating system, and the availability of the Internet connection. However, as revealed in yesterday's insider's build 20231, the new customize your settings page will be responsible for the original system configuration. During the out-of-box procedure, an extra screen will pop up, containing six common activities for the user to select.
