Open Shell allows you to replace the standard Start Menu

Open Shell, also known as Classic Shell is open-source software that allows you to change the appearance of Windows 10 and Windows 8 Start Menu with the Windows 7 theme. To enable that theme, you need to download the program from the GitHub page and install it.
