Several Malicious Apps Found on Google Play - Having More Than 2 Million Downloads Combined

Bitdefender cybersecurity researchers have discovered a big number of malicious Android apps on Google Play by employing a real-time behavior-based analysis method. There were a total of 35 apps discovered, being installed more than 2 million times. The apps typically disguise themselves as some legitimate tool to bait users into installing them.
