Windows Core Polaris dev build has been leaked

Recent leak of Microsoft's Windows Core Polaris has proofed a series of rumors about Microsoft developing an OS for low performance devices. Microsoft planned to use the slightly different versions of Windows Core OS for phones and laptops, named Andromeda and Polaris. The build dates back to 2018, before Microsoft has cancelled the development of Polaris to work on new SKU of Windows Core OS named Windows 10X.
