Youtube-dl users flood GitHub with the copies of the repos after the takedown

YouTube-dl is a command-line program that is used to download videos from YouTube and several other sites, which was recently removed from GitHub due to DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) infringement notice filed by RIAA *Recording Industry Association of America). Youtube-dl repo was in the top 40 most shared GitHub repositories before the removal. However, the Streisand effect has hit the case and a huge number of new repositories have shown up.
