on boot up, a program tries to delete my partition and hard drive. No antivirus is finding it.

good day, for the last week I have had major issues with my computer. Culminating when I turned it on this morning, at boot up, some program came up deleting my partitions in C and my hard drive. I turned off the computer, went to desktop and now my anti virus program AVG says it is broken and not repairable. I used your program in boot up and it found nothing. I am at a loss and would like some help. Thank you so much.

2. Click the "Help in Removal" button on the main screen.
3. Choose "Send us RegRunLog".
4. Enter your e-mail, name, or nick.
5. Describe your problem.
6. Accept our Privacy Policy.

Thank you so much for your assistance. I am not tech savvy and your instructions seem simple.
One last question, since my problem was/is happening during boot up, should I run this program during boot up or at the desk top?
