- Always Block Process.
The program will not be allowed to start.
An error is returned to the program that tried to launch it.
You can choose an Return code and turn on notifications if needed. - Do not Block - Use Password Options.
The program will start normally.
If you enable password options, the program will run only after the correct password is entered. - Redirect - Run Another Program
Instead of the original program, another program will be started.
If the redirected program needs different launch parameters, enable Override Arguments.
Use %ARGS% to include the original arguments together with your own.
Note! Some process blocks are created automatically by the A1RunGuard antimalware database.
For these blocks, the blocking option is locked and cannot be changed!
This helps protect important security rules from accidental changes.
If you want to customize how such a block works, click the Set Options Manually button. This will unlock the blocking options and allow you to choose a different behavior.
At any time, you can return to the original recommended settings by clicking the Set Default Options button.
This feature allows you to adapt A1RunGuard to your personal needs while keeping strong default protection in place.
Enable Display Notification to show a message in the bottom-right corner of the screen when this rule is triggered.
Click View Event Log to see activity related to this process block.
