Choose the Actions when A1RunGuard detects the process as malicious

Ask Confirmation when detected malware.

You can run the process at your own risk if it is a false positive.
Kill the Parent Processes.
Next, it will kill all parent processes in the tree until the Windows system process is found.

System processes: EXPLORER.EXE, WINLOGON.EXE, SERVICES.EXE, etc.
Display notifications.
Custom actions: shutdown, run a program, send a message, web request.
