130 Code Repositories With Dropbox Data Stolen

Dropbox disclosed the security breach which resulted in attackers stealing 130 GitHub code repositories with Dropbox data. Dropbox stated that the breach happened on October 14 due to an employee's credentials being stolen in a phishing attack. According to Dropbox's statement, the stolen code contained a few thousand names and email addresses belonging to Dropbox employees, current and past customers, sales leads, and vendors, as well as some credentials - primarily, API keys—used by Dropbox developers.
