PYSA Ransomware Records a 50% Increase of Infection Rate in November, Researchers State

According to security researchers from the NCC group, the number of ransomware attacks increased in November, with government organizations being targeted over 4 times more often than in October. The most popular ransomware method is still double-extortion and the ransomware group that achieved the biggest increase in infection rate was PYSA ransomware group, also known as Mespinoza.
