Windows 10 1909 Cumulative Update Blocks Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive Logins

Microsoft 365 users can't log in to their Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft OneDrive accounts. When attempting to log in, users encounter a message stating "We ran into a problem. Reconnecting…" and are asked to restart the program. The problem is caused by the recent Windows 10 update 1909 KB5003169 cumulative update.
