Attackers are using new email tool to create reply-chain phishing emails
A new email tool called Email Appender widely advertised on the cybercriminal forum provides a stealthy method for attacks by injecting the messages directly into the victim's inbox. The utility is able to bypass the verification system that travels to the destination mail server. This tool allows attackers to go for more sophisticated phishing and business email compromise attacks (BEC).
