What you need to use the service?

1. You need an e-mail address. Your e-mail address will be used only for sending reports. It will not be published or transfered to a 3rd party.
2. You need to agree with our Service Agreement.

3. You need to pay for the service.
4. You should send us additional information if it is required.

• We analyze your Windows startup programs and services for viruses, Trojans, and spyware programs.
• We will send you a standard report with our decision.
• If you need to remove a virus, we will send you special software called Reanimator at no additional charge.

• We do not answer questions about hardware, software problems.
• We do not answer you by phone or fax, only by e-mail.
• We do not detect file viruses, boot sector viruses or other viruses are not related to Windows startup.

How does it work?

• Download SpyHolesList software to your hard disk. This software is free of charge.
• Unzip it and launch SpyHolesList.exe.
• Click on the "Generate Security Report" button. Wait for the results. Save results to the file on your hard disk.
• Purchase a ticket.

If you click the "Order" button you agree with the Service Agreement.

• Click here to post your report file to our server.
  You can post your file without waiting for payment confirmation. But you should know that we will test your file only after receiving your money.
• We will send you a detailed report about your computer by e-mail within 2 business days after receiving your payment.
• If it is required to fix your problem you will receive our special software RegRun Reanimator for free.
