How to Fix Malware Using the RNR File, Received from the Support Team

  1. Open UnHackMe.
    Click the "Help in Removal" button.
    (Also, you can double click on the RNR file)
  2. Click the "Apply RNR file from Support" button.
  3. Locate your saved RNR file.
    Open the RNR file.
  4. UnHackMe will quickly start fixing your issues.
    You must restart your PC after using the RNR file to make all fixes.
  5. You will be prompted to make a new log at the next reboot of your PC.
    Follow the instructions and send a new log.
    You will get a review of your status shortly!
